“My wife and I have been tenants of Sterling Property Management for over 4 years and only have positive things to say regarding our relationship. Over the course of these years we have experienced the same anomalies as any home owner might; water heater needed replacement, air conditioner maintenance, external pipe break due to freezing temperatures and even a tree in the backyard that was severely leaning due to strong winds and had to be removed. On each of these occasions Sterling Property Management responded politely and professionally and promptly dispatched the appropriate repair service personnel. Most recently we had a true emergency. We arrived home from a long day of appointments and errands to find that a fitting on our toilet had split and had been spewing water for what must have been hours. The entire 3 bedroom, 2 bath wall-to-wall carpeted house was flooded! We immediately called Sterling Property Management. Within less than an hour a home flood response service was at the house helping to move furniture and drain the water, and a plumbing service had arrived and replaced the faulty fitting. Within 3 days of the devastating flood our warm, dry home was back with new padding and shampooed and dry carpet. Great service! Bruce from Sterling Property called to check on our progress through the event and made himself available should anything else be needed. Thank you Bruce and Sterling Property Management for your prompt action, care and concern throughout this event.
